A NEW APPROACH TO RABIT FARMING
An Agribusiness Company established in 2015; starting off as a small family business dealing in food produce export across East Africa; Rwanda, Kenya and DRC, in 2016 Namangu scaled up venturing into Agribusiness Innovation, Value chain and production, research and supplies of agricultural inputs. Working with NARO supplying high-quality agricultural inputs to farmers in rural areas of Kigezi southwestern Uganda to help improve production and quality control of agricultural products.

WHAT WE DO
Rabbit Farmers Cooperative
The project will organize existing rabbit farmer groups into a cooperative in Kigezi Region, south west Uganda. Under this umbrella, farmers will set their leadership structures and be guided on rules to follow and how to access to our tech tools, training on breeding standards, record keeping, support them to have access to local markets and value addition.
Rabbit collection & Fattening Facility
The project will have trucks which will transport rabbits from farmers at designated collection points, transport them to the fattening demonstration facility in Kabale district. Laboratory unit
The project will ease access of laboratory technology with mobile team to extend resources on, tagging, vaccinations, veterinary care and necessary insemination tools to 10,000 rural rabbit farmers in Kigezi Region, South west Uganda. This will be the last phase of the project.
